In addition to the rental fee above, there is a refundable damage deposit of $300.00 and a $180.00 cleaning fee.
Cleaning Includes: putting tables and chairs away, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms.
Parties are responsible for removing all decorations, linens, and throwing the trash.

Sweet 16 Parties and Quinceaneras have a $500.00 refundable damage deposit and a $300.00 Security Staff charge |
ADDITIONAL FEES
In the event, the venue is needed before the rental date for rehearsals and dance practices there is a $75.00 per hour charge, provided if the venue is available. |
