Fri-Sun Event Rental

FULL DAY

In addition to the rental fee above, there is a refundable damage deposit of $300.00 and a $180.00 cleaning fee.
Cleaning Includes: putting tables and chairs away, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms.
Parties are responsible for removing all  decorations, linens, and throwing the trash.  ​

​Sweet 16 Parties and Quinceaneras
​have a $500.00 refundable damage deposit and a $300.00 Security Staff charge ​

ADDITIONAL FEES

​In the event, the venue is needed before the rental date for rehearsals and dance practices there is a $75.00 per hour charge, provided if the venue is available.

​An additional $100.00 bartender fee will be added per every 100 attendees. 

​Extended Hours
A $200.00 charge per hour for an event after 12:30 am

Non-Profit organization must provide a copy of their IRS 501(c)(3) designation letter when
deposit is submitted.

               350 person capacity
               (250) white folding chairs

               (14) 6’ rectangle tables
               (3) 8’ rectangle tables
               (1) 6’ rectangle table
